If you are passionate about software development and eager to be part of a growing software consultancy.Requirements- 8+ years professional software development experience, with 3+ years in an architecture-focused role- Deep experience designing low-latency service architectures in AWS, including judgment about when distributed components (queues, caches, search projections)



earn their place- Experience designing to explicit latency budgets (p95/p99), including synchronous durable commits in hot paths- Experience designing audit/evidence systems: append-only event logs, versioned or bitemporal fact models, and deterministic historical replay- Experience designing fail-open/fail-closed/degraded-state semantics and outage postures- Proven experience architecting secure multi-tenant environments, including tradeoff analysis (RLS vs. schema-per-tenant vs. database-per-tenant)- Deep experience with PostgreSQL/AuroraDB and Row-Level Security (RLS) at a data-modeling and architecture level- Expertise in designing and building scalable RESTful APIs- Experience architecting SDK integrations to other services- Strong expertise in Node.Js, TypeScript, and JavaScript across the stack- Experience building capacity models and cloud cost/performance projections (AWS Well-Architected Framework)- Experience establishing technical standards, conducting architecture and code reviews, and mentoring engineering teams- Experience producing architecture documentation, diagrams,
