Principal Engineer l Process Engineering Visteon Reynosa, Reynosa, Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico 3 - 5 Years Full Time EmployeesJob DescriptionKey Objectives of this Role:- Create and maintain technical documentation suchas work instructions, operation sheets, process flow, PFMEA.
- Planning and execute Engineering changes usingtools like APQP and PPAP.
- Coordinate the installation and start-up ofmachinery, tooling and production equipment.
- Provide Technical Support to production toresolve process issues and avoid downtime.
- Collaborate with quality, MP&L;, and Processengineer departments.
- Ensure compliance with automative standards suchas IATF *****, ISO ***** and customer- specific requirements (CSRs)Key Performance Indicators:Set KPIs that will be used to evaluatethe performance of the individual in the role, including metrics related toteam performance, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.The below is just a suggestion,



so please evaluate it with the HM andadjust as needed :- Quality Metrics- Timing and Throughput- Process StabilityQualification,Experience and Skills:2-5+years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role,preferably in the automotive sector.Hands-onexperience with:- Production line setup and optimization- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement- New product or process introductions(NPI/NPD)- Root cause analysis and corrective actions(e.G., 8D, 5 Whys)- Experience working in cross-functional teams- Familiarity with automotive standards andcustomer requirements (e.G., Ford, GM, VW, Toyota Production System).
