Creative Designer – Presentation & IntegratedTitle: Creative Designer – Presentation & IntegratedSalary: $18,000–$27,000 USD annuallyMXN: $314,000–$450,000 MXN annuallyLocation: Mexico City | Hybrid – 2 days per week in the officeLanguage: Strong professional English is essentialScope: GlobalTurn complex information into a story worth following.We're looking for a Creative Designer – Presentation & Integrated to join a growing global in‐house Creative Hub.This is a presentation‐first design role, with the majority of your time focused on turning complex, content‐heavy information into presentations that are clear, engaging, and visually compelling.We're not looking for someone who simply takes existing content and makes the slides look nicer.You'll need to understand storytelling, narrative flow, pacing, information hierarchy, typography, and data visualization — knowing when a presentation needs to be restructured rather than simply restyled.But you won't be limited to PowerPoint.
This is an integrated creative role, so you'll also design across fact sheets, social assets, banners, email templates, one‐pagers, and wider marketing creative.What You'll Do:Design presentations and decks that communicate a clear, compelling storyTurn complex or content‐heavy information into engaging visual storytellingShape narrative structure, pacing, and flow, rather than simply laying out slidesApply strong design judgement across typography, layout, information hierarchy, and visual clarityCreate clear and engaging data visualizations, charts, and diagramsRecognize when a deck needs restructuring, not just restylingTake rough content and turn it into polished, easy‐to‐follow creativeDesign across broader formats including fact sheets, social assets, banners, email templates,



and one‐pagersMaintain brand consistency across a high volume of creative workManage multiple presentations and design projects simultaneously, often with quick turnaroundsUse templates and design libraries efficiently while knowing when a more considered creative solution is neededUse AI‐supported creative tools to improve production and versioningCollaborate with PMs, stakeholders, and the wider general creative teamWhat We're Looking For:Your portfolio should demonstrate presentation design and visual storytelling as a core strength, alongside broader integrated design experience.You'll ideally bring:Advanced PowerPoint skillsA portfolio demonstrating storytelling, narrative structure, pacing, and information hierarchyExcellent typography, layout, composition, and visual design judgementThe ability to take dense or complex information and make it simple, clear, and visually engagingBroader design experience across fact sheets, social, banners, email, one‐pagers, and marketing collateralStrong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignExperience working at high volume and pace while maintaining qualityConfidence working with templates while recognizing when a project requires a more customized design solutionExperience in a fast‐paced agency, creative studio, or in‐house creative environmentExperience with B2B or corporate brandsExperience with or interest in AI‐supported creative toolsThe Key ThingThis is not an artworking or slide‐production role.We're looking for a designer who understands the difference between a presentation that's simply well laid out and one that actually tells a story.Presentations will be your core focus, but you should still be comfortable turning your design skills to a social asset, fact sheet, banner, email, or one‐pager when needed.If presentation storytelling is one of your strongest skills and you're a versatile designer who enjoys variety, we'd love to see your portfolio.
