- Perform full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Analyze financial transactions and identify discrepancies or unusual variances.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting activities.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
- Complete assigned deliverables accurately and within established deadlines.
- Proactively elevate risks, blockers, or missing information.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting.
- Professional License (Cédula Cualificado).
- 7-8 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong full-cycle accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with month-end close.
- Experience preparing and reviewing accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with operations teams at the property level.
- Eligible to work in Mexico.

Experience working in a small public accounting firm.
- Preferred: Experience in audit, tax, or accounting services environments.
- Preferred: Experience supporting multi-entity accounting operations.
- Preferred: Experience with Yardi.
