* We're looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a proven track record generating leads for law firms.
This is not an entry-level role.
We're specifically looking for someone who has personally managed Google Ads campaigns for legal clients and can demonstrate consistent lead generation results.
The #1 requirement You have successfully generated 50+ qualified leads per month for a law firm through Google Ads and can walk us through exactly how you did it.
What you'll be responsible for - Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns for law firms - Conduct keyword research and build high-intent search campaigns - Manage bidding strategies, budgets, negative keywords, audiences, and ad copy - Improve conversion rates and reduce cost per qualified lead - Work with landing pages and recommend CRO improvements - Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking - Monitor lead quality, not just form submissions - Report on CPL, conversion rate, qualified leads,
spend, and ROI - Continuously test and optimize campaigns to increase lead volume You should have - 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience - Direct experience running Google Ads for law firms - A track record of generating 50+ qualified legal leads per month - Experience managing meaningful monthly ad budgets - Strong knowledge of Search campaigns, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager - Strong understanding of landing page conversion optimizationAbility to clearly explain why a campaign is or isn't performing - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong English communication skills Big plus Experience with high-value legal practice areas such as personal injury, criminal defense, family law, immigration, estate planning, probate, or similar.
