- Compliance with the required KPIS for IT department.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related fields.
5 years of experience in a similar position (Software and hardware).
- Knowledge of using, installing and troubleshooting PC, Server, Network - Including Firewall, VM-ware, Cisco, Windows Server, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
- Process good skills in providing Technical Support to end user, problem solving, quick to react.
Familiar with administration of large enterprise environments.
- Strong service minded and good understanding of customer requirements.
