Associate Director, Revenue Cycle Management Services (RCMS) Impact Advisors Mexico Location: Mexico City or Monterrey, Mexico Work Model: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday About the Role Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Cycle Management Services (RCMS) to help lead and scale our nearshore Revenue Cycle Management capabilities in Mexico.
This leadership role requires strong expertise in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations , experience developing high-performing teams, and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
The Associate Director will provide operational leadership, revenue cycle expertise, and delivery guidance to support U.S.-based healthcare organizations while helping develop the next generation of RCMS leaders within Mexico.
Working closely with U.S.-based practice leadership, this role will help establish delivery standards, strengthen team capabilities, drive operational performance, and support strong client outcomes.
