Team Overview
The Credit Risk Solutions team develops innovative products and solutions powered by consumer data and analytics to help organizations make better credit, marketing, collections, and risk management decisions. The team supports customers across financial services, automotive, mortgage, insurance, and government sectors by delivering solutions that improve business outcomes and support responsible lending practices. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Credit Risk Management and plays a key role in advancing the growth and modernization of the Credit Risk Solutions portfolio.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
The Advisor, Solutions Consulting serves as a trusted advisor and Credit Risk subject matter expert, partnering with clients and Sales teams to help organizations optimize credit decisioning, reduce losses,



and achieve profitable growth. This role leverages industry expertise, TransUnion solutions, and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, develop consultative recommendations, and support revenue growth across multiple industry verticals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by developing tailored credit risk strategies that improve portfolio performance, reduce losses, and support profitable growth.
- Partner with Sales teams to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities for TransUnion products, analytics, and risk management solutions.
- Demonstrate how TransUnion data assets, scores, and analytics solutions can be applied to optimize customer acquisition, portfolio management, collections, and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop and deliver compelling client-facing presentations, pitch decks, business cases, and case studies that clearly communicate business value.
