What You’ll Be Part Of
As a Molding Process Technician I, you will support molding operations by helping ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery,



and Cost performance while applying the HARMAN Production System philosophy. You will validate new and existing molding processes using standardized tools and methodologies, support corrective actions, resolve production and quality issues related to plastic resin processing, and help maintain organized process documentation and control sheets.
Your Team
You will report to the Sr. Molding Engineering Manager and collaborate with Molding Engineering, Production, Quality, EHSS, and manufacturing teams to support efficient, safe, and stable molding processes.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Validate new and existing molding processes using standardized tools and methodologies such as SIM, DOE, and decoupled molding.
- Participate in internal activities and required corrective actions to improve molding process performance.
- Correct problems reported by Production and/or Quality related to the processing of plastic resins.
- Keep process reports and control sheets
