About the role

As a Carrier Excellence Manager, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, productivity, quality, and cost optimization within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in driving Carrier Excellence culture across the plant by leading Lean transformation projects, coordinating A3 problem-solving activities, and developing high-performing teams that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Carrier Excellence Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, lead time reduction, cycle time optimization,



and cost savings across manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate and drive A3 meetings, problem-solving activities, and Lean transformation projects to improve operational performance.
- Manage and develop a team of Carrier Excellence professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve operational goals.
- Apply Carrier Excellence tools and methodologies to drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and manufacturing excellence.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and lead initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and overall business performance.
