JOB SUMMARY

The Manufacturing Engineering Ops Dev Project Manager is responsible for ensuring functional excellence of new processes, procedures and systems. The Project Manager leads and administrates Operation’s ME organization in the discovery, evaluation, testing and approval of new processes, procedures, gear sets and systems that are to be accepted as general standards. The Project Managers are defined as the “technology leader” of Jabil’s newest manufacturing processes and systems,



which are designed to deliver superior performance and operational efficiency.
This role demands Leadership behavior which enables and deliver change and can operate at the strategic level aligning Jabil Regional Ops M.E. Strategy with Jabil Corporate Strategy and deliver these solutions at the tactical level within the region of responsibility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Main duties are to develop new tools and systems targeted at improving M.E. performance on key indicators and deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement aligned with Jabil LSS model, Regional Financial performance and JOS Indicators.
