How will you fit in the big picture?

The Sr Supervisor Production leads manufacturing operations for an assigned business unit, delivering the production plan safely, on time, and with strong quality, food safety, cost, and people performance. This role directs production leaders and operators, coordinates support from Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Services, and promotes a healthy, collaborative workplace.

What will you do?

· Lead shift priorities and daily production execution using labor, materials, and fixed assets effectively.

· Build a prevention-focused safety, health, and environmental culture; identify and report unsafe conditions and acts promptly.

· Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, SQF, and company standards.
