As we develop our business in Mexico, we are seeking an experienced Compliance & Regulatory Operations Manager who can lead our local compliance function while also taking a hands-on role in regulatory applications, licensing initiatives, and broader business operations.

Role Overview

The Compliance & Regulatory Operations Manager will be a key member of Telcoin Mexico's leadership team.
The role will have a solid-line reporting relationship to the Country Manager in Mexico,



while maintaining a dotted-line relationship to Telcoin's Global Chief Compliance Officer and working closely with Telcoin's global Compliance, Legal, Product, Operations, Finance, and Risk teams. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a purely advisory one. You will move between regulatory interpretation and practical execution: leading Telcoin's financial institution application from preparation through regulatory review, owning the local AML/CFT program end to end, and acting as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager on how regulatory requirements shape the business, including virtual-assest-related obligations. The person joining us should therefore be comfortable working in an environment where regulatory, operational, and commercial workstreams frequently overlap.
