As Manager Compliance LA&C;, you will help ensure our operations across Latin America & Canada align with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. You will strengthen ethical business practices, manage compliance risks, support investigations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Ethics & Compliance Program.

Your day-to-day
- Implement and monitor compliance strategies, policies, procedures, training, and awareness initiatives.
- Support the execution and continuous improvement of the Ethics & Compliance Program across the region.
- Conduct compliance reviews, audits, monitoring activities, and periodic risk assessments.
- Develop risk-detection and evaluation mechanisms and support practical mitigation plans.
- Prevent and detect illegal, unethical,



or improper conduct through effective controls and monitoring.
- Lead or support privileged compliance investigations, ensuring concerns are handled professionally and corrective actions are implemented when required.
- Partner with internal collaborators to assess reports of potential misconduct and support disclosure to authorities when warranted.
- Provide compliance-related support for international operations, new business models, M&A;, and joint venture transactions.
- Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to promote ethical decision-making and a strong culture of integrity.

Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 9+ years of progressive experience in Compliance, Ethics & Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Investigations, Legal, Governance, or related functions, preferably within multinational or
