As a Software Development Intern, you will support the development of digital solutions that improve engineering processes, data management, and 3D digital tools. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, automation scripts, and database-driven tools that help streamline. You will work with engineering and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop practical software solutions. In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in software development, database management, process automation, and 3D digital applications within an engineering environment. Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of software applications, utilities, and scripts to automate engineering and product definition processes.
- Assist in the creation of tools that improve the generation, modification, and management of engineering data, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
- Contribute to software development activities including requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation.
- Help maintain and improve existing in-house applications built primarily on .NET technologies.
- Support database-related activities such as data extraction, storage, validation, querying, and reporting to ensure reliable access to engineering information.
