Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Reporting to the General Mobility Director the Global Mobility Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for immigration and relocation processes in Mexico, while supporting mobility initiatives across the company. This role will partner closely with employees, candidates, HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, external immigration providers, and global mobility stakeholders to ensure seamless employee mobility experience while maintaining compliance with immigration and relocation policies.

What a typical day looks like:
- Act as the primary point of contact for immigration and mobility programs in Mexico.
- Manage immigration processes for foreign national employees and candidates, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
