What You’ll Do

- Coordinate patient appointments, care services, and follow-ups.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with care and professionalism.
- Answer patient questions and help resolve concerns quickly.
- Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to keep care on track.
- Follow up with patients to make sure their needs are met and next steps are clear.
- Manage multiple patient cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep patient records, notes, and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Identify issues, find practical solutions, and escalate complex concerns when needed.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to create a smooth patient experience.

What You’ll Bring





- Experience in care coordination, patient support, case management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience handling high-volume calls in a healthcare, call center, or customer support environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and patient cases at the same time.
- Comfortable using CRM, EMR, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- A caring, patient-focused attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
