The Design Engineer – Plant Startup will support the engineering and design activities required for the startup and development of the LSCMX manufacturing plant. The position will be responsible for creating, modifying, and reviewing 3D models, layouts, drawings, and technical documentation for plant infrastructure and installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and update 3D models, layouts, and engineering drawings for plant facilities and installations.
- Prepare and modify technical drawings according to engineering specifications and project requirements.
- Support the design and coordination of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical installations.
- Review designs and identify potential conflicts or inconsistencies between disciplines.
- Maintain updated engineering drawings, models, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate design changes with Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, and other project teams.
- Support the implementation and modification of plant layouts during the startup phase.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable technical specifications and project standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement and facility modification projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in engineering design, 3D modeling,



plant design, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with 3D modeling and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- English is indispensable.
- Availability to work in a plant startup environment.
- Mandatory Software Skills: AutoCAD 3D, Siemens NX, Autodesk Revit
