About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support brand awareness, content development, and digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

The primary focus of this role is content creation (written and visual), graphic design, and social media development. The ideal candidate combines strong creative skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing and can consistently produce engaging content that supports business growth and brand visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Graphic Design

- Create engaging written and visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, recruitment marketing, and promotional materials.
- Design high-quality graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop presentations, flyers, brochures, social media assets, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain brand consistency across all content and visual materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling marketing campaigns and communications.

Social Media Management

- Manage and grow company social media channels.
- Develop and maintain content calendars.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms.
- Monitor engagement and audience growth.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
- Generate performance reports and recommendations.

Digital Marketing Support

- Support digital marketing and lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
- Assist with website content updates and SEO best practices.
- Research new marketing opportunities and industry trends.

AI & Productivity Tools

- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve content creation, workflow efficiency, campaign execution, and overall productivity.




- Identify opportunities to integrate emerging AI technologies into marketing processes and content development.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation and graphic design capabilities.
- Professional experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, efficiency, and marketing workflows.
