? We're Hiring: Human Resources Generalist ?

? Location: Mérida, México (100% On-Site)

⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

⚠️ Flexibility to support occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require.

Are you an HR professional with experience supporting U.S.-based operations? Do you enjoy employee relations, compliance, and partnering with business leaders to drive a positive workplace culture? We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join a dynamic team supporting operations across the United States.

What You'll Do

✅ Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave administration, performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and training.

✅ Partner with Operations Managers on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

✅ Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and U.S. employment regulations, including I-9 audits and documentation.

✅ Support onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, and various HR projects.





✅ Act as a trusted HR business partner while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

✔️ Advanced English (C1) written and spoken.

✔️ Minimum 3 years of HR experience:

- At least 2 years supporting U.S.-based HR operations.
- At least 1 year supporting local HR processes.

✔️ Experience handling:
- Employee relations
- Workplace investigations
- Progressive discipline
- HR compliance activities

✔️ Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Nice to Have

⭐ PHR or SHRM-CP certification.

⭐ Experience in the healthcare industry.

⭐ U.S. Visa.

⭐ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
