- 10+ years of hris experience with sap successfactors employee central.
- strong understanding of hr processes and employee lifecycle transactions.
- experience supporting payroll-related hr data and issue resolution.
- experience with hr reporting and data analysis.
- strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
