job description

main objective

responsible for planning, developing, updating and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines.

what challenges will you have?

- define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
- responsible for reducing down times on production: lead the continuous improvement process and problem solving for reducing losses in the manufacturing process.
- create and update the required documentation for production (fmea, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan, etc.).
- fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines.




- provide the correct tool specifications and the required changes in tooling in order to ensure the continuity and quality during production.
- develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools.
- ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing process by fulfilling the targets for scrap and failure costs

qualifications

who are we looking for?

- engineering degree: industrial, mechanic or mechatronic
- from 1 to 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- advanced english level

technical knowledge

- lean manufacturing
- problem solving (8d methodology)
- core tools (fmea, control plan, spc, ppap)
- xr control chart
