We're after someone with a proven track record of delivering polished, high-quality motion assets someone who can bring corporate learning content to life without it feeling corporate.What You'll DoDesign and animate compelling 2D and 3D motion graphics.Work within Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) to produce high-quality designs and animationsBring fresh eyes to how AI-assisted tools (we use Runway, Seedance, and similar) can speed up or elevate the animation processStay current on motion design trends and bring ideas to the table, not just executionManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously — we work with several enterprise clients at once,
