Required Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, training, employee relations, and payroll administration .
Knowledge of Human Resources processes and applicable labor legislation.
Hands-on experience with SAP and Workday for HR administration and employee data management.
Experience with talent management systems (preferably Success Factors).
Experience with Fortia is considered a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and internal customer service skills.
