Responsibilities
Execute test plans and cases and suggest improvements.
Deliver test documentation and learn to own assigned product areas.
Use testing tools and automation, analyze test results, and collaborate with Test Engineers or Leads.
Find and report bugs with crash dumps, call stacks, video capture, and clear reproduction steps.
Apply black-box and grey-box testing techniques and proactively identify gaps in test coverage.
Evaluate feature quality, gameplay, fun factor, game balance, user needs, and competing games.
Collaborate with partner teams and communicate product quality and status effectively.
Perform basic configuration and setup on PCs, game consoles, and mobile phones.
Provide constructive feedback on gameplay and product quality.
Requirements
Passion for games, testing, and technology, with experience as a gamer.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, teamwork,



and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Right to work in Mexico and residence in or commuting distance to Mexico City.
Game testing experience is desired.
Experience with security testing or fuzzing tools is desired.
Experience with performance or stress testing, accessibility testing, certification testing, or lot checks is desired.
Experience with Fiddler, NetMon, ADO, JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar testing and bug-tracking tools is desired.
Experience shipping software products or certificates in game testing, design, engineering, or related areas is desired.
Benefits
Freelance position.
Onsite work in Mexico City, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day during core business hours.
Applicants must be based in the Mexico City area or within commuting distance.
Work on games ranging from independent projects to AAA titles.
