This position will report directly to the Plant Manager and Key responsibilities include:Support the Plant Manager in the daily management of plant operations.Monitor KPIs and track operational improvement results.Coordinate cross-functional activities between Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, HR, and Finance.Lead problem‐solving and continuous improvement initiatives.Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standardization, and operational excellence.Support customer requirements and on‐time delivery performanceDevelop and engage teams while fostering a strong performance‐driven cultureSupport audits and internal/external compliance activitiesAct as the Plant Manager's key operational partner and provide leadership coverage when required.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations,
