This role does not perform engineering workbut is accountable for ensuring deliverables are completed on time, withinscope, and aligned to customer expectations.
The Project Manager willcoordinate across engineering teams, manage order flow, and drive executiondiscipline.
The ideal candidate excels at managing high-volume, technicallydetailed deliverables in a cross-functional environment.How You'll Make an Impact- Manage a portfolio of service delivery orders,including engineering reports, electrical models, and technical analyses,ensuring alignment between customer expectations and delivery timelines.
- Track and manage multiple concurrent deliverables toensure deadlines and service levels are met while maintaining visibility overdelivery performance, timelines, and quality.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensuretimely completion of deliverables and monitor progress without performingtechnical work.
- Serve as the primary point of contact forstakeholders, providing status updates and ensuring effective communicationthroughout the delivery process.
- Escalate delays, risks, or blockers impactingdeliverables and drive resolution to support on-time execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery execution andefficiency through proactive oversight, performance monitoring, and processoptimizationWhat You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or arelated field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management orservice delivery.




- Advanced English proficiency is a critical requirementfor this role, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively withglobal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technicaldeliverables and coordinating effectively with engineering or technical teams.
- Strong organizational, coordination, andexecution-tracking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities anddeadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective stakeholder communication, problem-solving,and issue-resolution capabilities, including proactive identification andmanagement of delivery challenges.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in windenergy, power systems, or electrical engineering environments; PMP, IPMA, orequivalentcertification; experience with engineering reports, modeling, ortechnical documentation workflows; and familiarity with service delivery ororder management systems.About the TeamOur Aftermarket Project Management team is responsible for managing thesuccessful execution of wind farm improvement projects across North America.Working closely with engineering experts and customer stakeholders, the teamdrives delivery excellence,
