Somos una empresa de retail con presencia en más de 70 países y un proyecto ambicioso de expansión en México, estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a acounting specialist par aintegrarse a nuestro equipo de finanzas.Objetivo del puesto:- Ensure reliable accounting processes and compliance- Drive process improvement and act as a valuable finance partner to stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITY 1:Ensure Reliable Accounting- Record, control and report transactions in the area of responsibility- Ensure communication, documentation and risk mitigating actions to support audits.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations of allocated accounts, explain variations and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to monthly,



quarterly and annual financial closings and financial statements validation- Ensure good financial reporting based on understanding of dataRESPONSIBILITY 2:Improve Processes- Actively design, document and communicate internal processes in the area of responsibility to stakeholders- Contribute to constant improvement of the processes in the area of responsibility (efficiency)- Organize, improve and securize the KPIs of specific subprocesses.RESPONSIBILITY 3:Be an Accounting Value Partner- Provide Provide financial insights and alerts for business risks (fraud, compliance) and associated mitigating controls- Consult and bring transparency to business stakeholders on financial KPIs and processes.
