We're hiring: Assistant Manager | Hengst Filtration MéxicoWe are looking for a strong and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our growing manufacturing operation in Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León.This position will report directly to the Plant Manager and Key responsibilities include:- Support the Plant Manager in the daily management of plant operations.
- Monitor KPIs and track operational improvement results.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, HR, and Finance.
- Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standardization, and operational excellence.
- Support customer requirements and on-time delivery performance- Develop and engage teams while fostering a strong performance-driven culture- Support audits and internal/external compliance activities- Act as the Plant Manager's key operational partner and provide leadership coverage when required.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations,
