One customer, one family, one community at a time.About This RoleWe're seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our IT department at our corporate office in Queretaro, Mexico.
In this role, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of software quality.
This is a high-impact opportunity to elevate the team's testing capabilities by introducing and implementing automated testing practices within an environment that has traditionally relied on manual end-to-end testing.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCollaborates in software design discussions, reviews,



and test strategy sessionsLead the transition from manual to automated testing by identifying opportunities, designing scalable solutions, and implementing automation frameworksSelect, configure, and maintain automation tools (e.G., Playwright or equivalent)Responsible for performing risk and impact analysis and making recommendations for associated solutionsProvides quality assurance estimates for resource and project planning purposesDesign, execute, and maintain system and regression testsCreates test data and maintains regression test suitesApply solid knowledge of SQL and test management/version control tools like Azure DevOpsIdentifies potential process improvement areas, suggests options and recommends approachesDevelop strategies to streamline and automate testing procedures during implementation phasesIdentify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or contentMentor junior team members on applications and job functionsRepresent QA leadership at status and technical meetings, as neededPosition RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 5+ years of professional experience,
