University education in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Communications, or a related field. A completed or inprogress bachelors degree is preferred.
Previous professional experience in marketing, communications, real estate, or related fields. Experience working within a real estate company, whether in sales, administrative, or marketing roles, is highly valued.
Currently based in Los Cabos with strong knowledge of the local market, particularly Real Estate, lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, events, and new developments.
Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Ability to create audiovisual content using a smartphone, including basic equipment such as a gimbal, microphone, and similar tools.
Ability to coordinate content production days and work closely with a marketing agency.




Strong creative judgment and the ability to review and contribute ideas regarding content, scripts, designs, and videos.
Excellent organizational, communication, and followup skills.
Advanced English is a plus.
