Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Web Designer, Design Systems to lead how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from a brand and reference sites into a token-based system that a build pipeline can execute with minimal questions.

This is a senior, systems-first role focused on rapid, correct system creation across multiple client brands, not one-off pages or maintenance. Strong English and US-hours overlap are required, with remote work from Latin America.
