The Impact You'll Make

As a Facilities Intern, you will support the daily operations of our facilities and real estate activities, helping to create an organized, efficient, and professional workplace environment. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation of the site and a positive employee experience. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting documentation, reports, presentations, and office management activities while collaborating with experienced professionals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical business and operational skills in a global manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Support Real Estate and Facilities activities through documentation, reporting, and administrative coordination.
- Prepare presentations and maintain records to support projects and business needs.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, printer toner, and workplace consumables.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of office materials.
- Use digital tools and systems to organize information and improve operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- Currently enrolled in an Engineering program or a related field.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic on-site environment.
