This role involves incident management and resolution while collaborating with global teams to plan, test, and execute technology initiatives worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Application Management* Publish applications from Apple iOS App Store and Google Play to mobile devices using Apple Business Manager and Managed Google Play store* Package and deploy software applications to Apple iOS and Android mobile endpoints using Microsoft Intune* Test, validate,



and deploy application updates on scheduled or as-needed basis* Manage and track use of developer certificatesTechnical Support & Documentation* Provide deployment status reporting and ad hoc analysis* Participate in large-scale projects as part of the Configuration Management team* Support follow-the-sun integral support model for critical system issues and maintenance* Troubleshoot complex end-user issues and coordinate with team members, support teams, and vendors* Author internal documentation including Knowledge Base articles, environment diagrams, and configuration proceduresProcess Management* Adherence to corporate standards and global Change Management processes.* Create and document procedures as part of technology lifecycle management* Assist in establishing, implementing, and managing system configuration management programs with IntuneRequired QualificationsTechnical Expertise* In-depth experience with iOS and Android mobile operating systems* Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune ecosystem for mobile device management* Proven experience with mobile application packaging and deployment using Intune* Experience with Apple Store and Google Pl
