Project Associate - Mexico, Mexico City Hybrid: Office/Remote

Join our supportive, globally integrated team as a Project Associate. You’ll be pivotal in streamlining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), enhancing training compliance, and driving continuous process improvements—all while enjoying a balanced and rewarding work-life environment.

About the role:
Key Responsibilities:

SOP Management & Harmonization
Coordinate SOP updates, reviews, and approvals efficiently.
Track and report SOP progress, ensuring alignment with global practices.
Integrate continuous improvement initiatives into SOPs effectively.

Training Coordination & Compliance
Maintain optimized, compliant training plans.
Collaborate with managers to update training modules and curricula.
Manage training compliance tracking, issue regular reminders, and support audits with accurate records.

Continuous Improvement Coordination
Coordinate proposed process enhancements, supporting streamlined and efficient workflows.
Coordinate meetings and facilitate cross-team communication for SOP and training improvements.
Other duties and projects as assigned.

Yor profile:
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Bachelor’s degree completed , preferably in Life Sciences, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.




6 months to 1 year of experience in training coordination, SOP administration, document control, continuous improvement, or a related function within the pharmaceutical, CRO, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.
Strong proficiency in document management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) regulations and quality requirements.
Experience supporting or participating in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
