Your Role And Responsibilities
- Learn core Finance processes, business metrics, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management practices.
- Analyze historical financial data and business trends to develop analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in guided variance analysis exercises and business case reviews.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using analytical tools.
- Attend team meetings, finance reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to gain exposure to corporate finance operations.
- Collaborate with Finance professionals and participate in cross-functional learning activities.
- Complete shadowing experiences with Finance team members to understand different roles and career paths.
- Contribute to a continuous improvement project focused on analytics, reporting,
automation, or process optimization.
- Present project findings, lessons learned, and recommendations to mentors and program leaders.
- Actively participate in training, mentorship, and professional development activities throughout the program.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of June or December 2027.
- Foundational understanding of financial and accounting concepts and a strong interest in corporate finance and business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Advanced to fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple learning activities and project milestones.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork orientation, and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Interest in data analytics, automation, AI, or business intelligence.
- Experience with academic projects involving data analysis, finance, or business problem solving.
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate insights in a clear and professional manner.
