Lead Enterprise Imaging Initiatives
Are you a motivated project professional who enjoys keeping complex healthcare technology initiatives on track?
At Impact Advisors Mexico, you’ll work at the intersection of healthcare technology, imaging informatics, and project management—supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise medical imaging initiatives for U.S. healthcare organizations.
This role is adecuado for an organized, communicative professional who can align clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor partners—and who is passionate about disciplined delivery, clear communication, and successful implementations.
What You’ll Do
Project Planning & Delivery
· Manage medical imaging projects throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closeout.
· Support implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts involving PACS, enterprise imaging platforms, image viewers, and related healthcare technologies.
· Monitor project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
· Participate in Agile and Waterfall project environments and apply project management best practices.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
· Coordinate project activities among internal teams, healthcare providers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
· Support vendor management activities and coordinate project deliverables.
· Collaborate with technical and clinical teams to support workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives.
Documentation & Communication
· Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting agendas, and stakeholder communications.
· Maintain project information using tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
· Communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and project progress to leadership.
Testing, Implementation & Go-Live
· Support testing and user acceptance activities across imaging platforms and integrations.
· Coordinate training activities and go-live support for clinical and technical end users.
· Support cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization.
What You’ll Bring
Required
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
· Experience supporting projects, operations, implementations, healthcare technology initiatives, consulting engagements, or related business functions.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work effectively with both clinical and technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
· Exposure to healthcare imaging systems, including PACS, VNA, and enterprise imaging platforms. Example vendor solutions include Agfa, Fuji, GE, Philips, Siemens, Sectra, Visage, or Epic Radiant.
· Basic understanding of imaging standards such as DICOM, HL7, and IHE.
· Knowledge of enterprise imaging workflows across radiology, cardiology, POCUS, oncology, or related clinical specialties.
· Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
· Working knowledge or familiarity with U.S. health systems, healthcare organizations, healthcare technology vendors, or consulting environments.
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
· Interest in emerging healthcare technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, imaging analytics,
and imaging informatics solutions.
· Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
Certifications (Preferred)
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or interest in pursuing project management certification
· Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
· CIIP (Certified Imaging Informatics Professional)
