WE’RE HIRING | CONCIERGE – COCO B ISLA

At Coco B Isla, we’re looking for a Concierge to join our team—someone with a genuine passion for hospitality, a strong service mindset, and the ability to create exceptional guest experiences.

We are a collection of private luxury villas in Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, and we’re looking for someone who is dynamic, resourceful, and highly service-oriented.

What we’re looking for

- Advanced English (B2–C1) and fluent Spanish.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, Front Desk, Guest Relations, luxury villas, or premium guest service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and follow up on multiple guest requests at the same time.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience working with international guests.
- Adaptable availability, including weekends, according to operational needs.
- Knowledge of Isla Mujeres and its tourism offerings is highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

- Provide personalized guest service throughout each stay.
- Welcome guests and assist with arrivals and departures.




- Coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, golf carts, tours, activities, spa and wellness services, and other guest requests.
- Communicate and follow up with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Kitchen, and other operational departments.
- Handle and resolve guest requests or issues during their stay.
- Provide personalized recommendations for Isla Mujeres.
- Follow through on every request until it has been fully resolved.
- Support the operation of groups, retreats, weddings, and special events.

We’re looking for someone who does more than respond to requests—someone who anticipates guest needs, takes ownership of every detail, and knows how to find solutions.

Hospitality, attention to detail, discretion, a sense of urgency, and teamwork are essential for this role.
