Must Have Inbound Sales & Customer Service Experience

We are a growing pest control company looking for an experienced inbound salesperson to handle incoming customer calls during after-hours, evenings, and weekends.

This is a SALES position. Your primary responsibility is to answer inbound leads, understand the customer's pest problem, recommend the right service, overcome objections, and close the sale over the phone.

Responsibilities

- Answer inbound sales calls from potential customers
- Convert incoming leads into paying customers
- Explain pest control services, pricing, and service plans
- Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
- Schedule new customers for service
- Follow up with leads who haven't purchased
- Provide excellent customer service
- Enter customer information accurately into our system
- Communicate with our daytime office and technician teams

Requirements
- Previous inbound sales experience REQUIRED
- Previous customer service experience REQUIRED
- Strong phone sales and closing ability
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills




- Comfortable discussing pricing and collecting payment
- Ability to overcome objections
- Reliable computer, internet, and quiet workspace
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Dependable and able to work independently

Compensation

Base Pay + Commission

This is a part-time remote position designed for an experienced salesperson who wants additional income and the opportunity to earn more through commissions.

We provide full training on pest control, our services, pricing, software, and procedures. You bring the sales experience—we'll teach you the pest control industry.

We're looking for someone who can do more than answer a phone. We want a proven salesperson who can take an inbound lead and close it.
