Join us as a Facilities Project Manager (one year contract), where you'll optimize building performance, lead sustainability initiatives, and ensure our physical environments are safe, efficient, and aligned with our environmental commitments.
Responsibilities
- Schedules, supervises and assists employees and external contractors in performance of all aspects of the facility maintenance.
- Ensures facility and equipment compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
- Schedules and supervises all in-house functions required to maintain the physical facility, grounds, and equipment.
- Contracts, directs and supervises outside contractors in performance of maintenance of physical facility, grounds and equipment.
- Plans, selects and installs physical facilities, equipment and grounds improvement.
- Provides planning for budgets, controls and manages capital / expenditure / utilities for the facilities.
- Provides scheduled training to selected personnel in the areas of environment and security.
- Directs preventive maintenance programs for the facility, facility support equipment, grounds and production systems.
- Overseeing the construction project from start to finish, including organizing work schedules, budgets, and costings, maintaining regular communication with clients, partners, and other stakeholders, and attending meetings to inform them of progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required with 3-5 years of experience in facilities management and project management.
- Advanced English level (written and conversation)
- Must have experience in energy savings, construction, building automation systems, security, HVAC, lighting systems, enterprise wide asset management.
- Six Sigma Green Belt skills preferred
