You will be the founding Field Engineer for an AI-driven infrastructure startup focused on automated identity and digital verification. Acting as the technical bridge between product and clients, you will lead complex integrations and scope requirements. What You Will Do

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer implementations, owning the integration process from initial requirements scoping to production.

- Partner with internal engineering and product teams to translate customer insights into improved documentation, developer tools, and core product features.

- Resolve complex technical integration challenges and troubleshoot issues in live environments to ensure high customer success and platform reliability.

The ideal candidate

- Extensive experience in hands-on technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineering,



Forward Deployed Engineering, or Implementation Delivery.

- Strong proficiency with modern web development stacks, particularly APIs and JavaScript/TypeScript, and a deep understanding of cloud-based systems.

- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to explain complex technical architecture to both engineering teams and business stakeholders effectively.
