We have a challenge. We're looking for someone who wants to own it and solve it.

CRAFT is growing rapidly on a path from $15 to $100 million in refrigeration systems for the North American market, and we're moving into our new warehouse and plant in Tecate .

We need to accomplish something fundamental:

Build an inventory system we can trust.

We're not looking for someone who simply supervises a warehouse.

We're looking for a hands-on, analytical, highly organized operator with a sense of urgency who likes being on the shop floor, finding problems, figuring out why they're happening and building systems that prevent them from happening again.

Your first mission will be to diagnose, correct and stabilize our existing inventory—reconciling physical inventory with ERP records and finding the root causes behind discrepancies.

You'll play a critical role in building the team and establishing our warehouse operation in Tecate .

Your Challenge

We want to move from:

“The ERP says we have it…but where is it?”

to:

“We know exactly what we have, how much we have, where it is and how it got there.”

Your targets include:

≥98% Inventory Accuracy

≥99% ERP Transaction Accuracy

100% Cycle Count Completion

≥99% Receiving Accuracy

≥99% Picking / Material Issue Accuracy

≥99% Material Traceability

ZERO Production downtime caused by warehouse or inventory errors.

Don't Just Correct the Number. Find Out WHY It's Wrong.

When physical inventory doesn't match our systems, we don't want someone who simply enters an adjustment and moves on.

We want you to investigate.

What happened? Where? Why?

Then:

Find the root cause → Fix it → Put controls in place → Verify → Prevent recurrence.

You're not just inheriting a warehouse and factory.

You'll help build the new one.

You'll coach and develop your team to serve our customers and production

Every material needs to be:

Identified → Counted → Recorded → Transferred → Received → Reconciled → Located

while protecting traceability and preventing material loss, duplication or Production disruption.

You'll also help establish the location system, layout, visual controls and 5S organization for the new Tecate warehouse.

This Is NOT a Desk Job

We expect you on the floor:

Counting. Observing. Investigating. Checking transactions. Working with Production. Coaching the team. Finding the missing part. Improving the process. And verifying that the solution actually works.





Who Are We Looking For?

Ideally, you bring 3+ years of warehouse and inventory experience in manufacturing , including physical-to-ERP reconciliation, cycle counts, receiving, material issuance, transfers, shipping and root-cause problem solving.

Experience with SAP, Zoho, Oracle or similar ERP systems , Excel, FIFO, Lean/5S and continuous improvement is valuable.

Intermediate English is required.

You must be able to work in Tecate . Candidates already living in Tecate or nearby are preferred.

We're particularly interested if you've previously recovered a troubled inventory, improved inventory accuracy, established a warehouse location system, implemented ABC cycle counting, opened or relocated a warehouse, transferred inventory between facilities, or used 5 Why/Ishikawa to eliminate recurring problems.

Tenemos un reto. Estamos buscando a alguien que quiera asumirlo y resolverlo.

CRAFT está creciendo rápidamente en su camino de $15 a $100 millones en sistemas de refrigeración para el mercado de Norteamérica, y nos estamos trasladando a nuestro nuevo almacén y planta en Tecate .

Necesitamos lograr algo fundamental:

Construir un sistema de inventario en el que podamos confiar.

No estamos buscando a alguien que simplemente supervise un almacén.

Estamos buscando un operador práctico, analítico, altamente organizado y con sentido de urgencia a quien le guste estar en el piso de producción, encontrar problemas, descubrir por qué están sucediendo y construir sistemas que eviten que vuelvan a ocurrir.

Tu primera misión será diagnosticar, corregir y estabilizar nuestro inventario actual—conciliando el inventario físico con los registros del ERP y encontrando las causas raíz detrás de las discrepancias.

Desempeñarás un papel fundamental en la formación del equipo y en el establecimiento de nuestra operación de almacén en Tecate .

“Sabemos exactamente qué tenemos,



cuánto tenemos, dónde está y cómo llegó ahí.”

Tus objetivos incluyen:

CERO tiempo de inactividad de Producción causado por errores de almacén o inventario.

No Solo Corrijas el Número. Descubre POR QUÉ Está Mal.

Cuando el inventario físico no coincide con nuestros sistemas, no queremos a alguien que simplemente ingrese un ajuste y continúe.

Queremos que investigues.

¿Qué pasó? ¿Dónde? ¿Por qué?

Después:

Encuentra la causa raíz → Corrígela → Implementa controles → Verifica → Evita que vuelva a ocurrir.

No solo estás heredando un almacén y una fábrica.

Ayudarás a construir los nuevos.

Capacitarás y desarrollarás a tu equipo para servir a nuestros clientes y a producción.

Cada material necesita ser:

Identificado → Contado → Registrado → Transferido → Recibido → Conciliado → Ubicado

mientras se protege la trazabilidad y se previene la pérdida de material, la duplicación o las interrupciones de Producción.

También ayudarás a establecer el sistema de ubicaciones, layout, controles visuales y organización 5S para el nuevo almacén de Tecate.

Este NO Es un Trabajo de Escritorio

Esperamos que estés en el piso:

Contando. Observando. Investigando. Revisando transacciones. Trabajando con Producción. Capacitando al equipo. Encontrando la pieza faltante. Mejorando el proceso. Y verificando que la solución realmente funcione.

¿A Quién Estamos Buscando?

Idealmente, cuentas con 3+ años de experiencia en almacén e inventarios dentro de manufactura , incluyendo conciliación de inventario físico contra ERP, conteos cíclicos, recibo, surtido de materiales, transferencias, embarques y resolución de problemas mediante análisis de causa raíz.

La experiencia con SAP, Zoho, Oracle o sistemas ERP similares , Excel, FIFO, Lean/5S y mejora continua es valiosa.

Se requiere inglés intermedio.

Debes poder trabajar en Tecate . Se dará preferencia a candidatos que ya vivan en Tecate o zonas cercanas.

Estamos particularmente interesados si anteriormente has recuperado un inventario con problemas, mejorado la precisión del inventario, establecido un sistema de ubicaciones de almacén, implementado conteos cíclicos ABC, abierto o reubicado un almacén, transferido inventario entre instalaciones o utilizado 5 Why/Ishikawa para eliminar problemas recurrentes.
