Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Tetla, Tlaxcala

What are your main tasks?

- Establish departmental objectives in collaboration with management, aligning them with company goals while adhering to corporate guidelines and policies.
- Manage activities related to P0 and engineering changes.
- Manage and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Oversee P0-related corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze technical information and ensure compliance (ECM flow, SAP circular data, SAP input matrix).
- Develop and implement corrective and/or preventive actions throughout the P0 development process.
- Participate directly and actively in internal and external follow-up meetings regarding projects and engineering changes.
- Assist in coordinating customer approval activities (PSO, Run @ Rate, 2DP, and/or special events).
- Continuously improve processes to optimize the use of natural resources, energy, etc.
- Develop, track, and execute preventive,



corrective, and improvement action plans.
- Participate in assigned training programs, committing to applying the knowledge gained to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Represent management—both internally and externally—at events related to the position.
- Support the Safety and Environment Department in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Participate in preparing and managing the department's annual budget.

What are your qualifications?

- GD&T; ECM Training (Engineering Change Management) IMDS
- Customer Requirements CATIA KVS
- 3 years of experience, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or Mechanical Engineer and/or related field
