This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of logistics operations within a dynamic automotive supplier environment. The successful candidate will contribute to optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring efficient material flow.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of inbound and outbound logistics activities.Support inventory management, including stock checks, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.Participate in the monitoring and analysis of logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.Collaborate with internal departments (e.G., production, purchasing) and external partners (e.G., suppliers, freight forwarders).Learn and apply Valeo's logistics standards, processes,



and tools.Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and reports.Support the optimization of transportation routes and modes.Assist in managing customs procedures and import/export documentation.Participate in special logistics projects as assigned.Job QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.Basic understanding of supply chain principles is a plus.Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is highly desirable.For VIE-TAV candidates: Eligibility requirements for the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) program.#J-18808-Ljbffr
