Act as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, providing data-driven insights to design and manage compensation and benefits programs that drive talent attraction, retention, and organizational performance.
Conduct compensation analysis for senior-level roles, generating insights to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with HR leadership and business unit leaders to guide compensation decisions, including salary positioning, promotions, and internal equity.
Contribute to compensation budgeting and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business needs.
Bachelor´s degree. Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Compensations and Benefits.
Proven track record in the development and deployment of HR processes and programs.
Experience supporting or implementing integral HR business processes or initiatives.
