The Stream Owner is working in the Global workplace projects organisation, with general and strategic construction and factory projects. The projects are highly complex construction and capacity expansions projects.
This job requires a high degree of insight not only in the production processes, but also in the systems surrounding the machines/equipment’s, the workshops, the operational setup, and the whole value chain. This to be able to identify partners and build coherent solutions.
The Stream Owner needs deep Project Management knowledge and insight; using years of experience to know when to activate different methods and tools. A typical project involves between 25 and 50 employees and a lot of external suppliers/partners, with project budgets between 100 - 800 mio. Dkk.
Core Responsibilities
This person has the mandate and responsibility to manage and implement the projects from design over construction to realization, within the approved scope and budget.
The person will ensure that trade off discussions is made with the partners to find best possible solution. Establish and run project teams (25-50 employees) - with kick off, ongoing communication and alignment and run Stream meetings including giving recommendations and identifying tradeoffs.
Participate in Program Steering Committee meetings. Evaluate and feedback on project participants performance and deliveries - both to employee and manager.

- 4 to 5 years of experience with project management managing 25 to 50 persons. Focus on industrial building projects is strongly preferred. Bachelors on engineering or similar is a plus.
