Requirements for the position
Age: 28~43
Gender: Male/Female
Experience: 3-5 years experience (purchasing, logistics, international trade)
Eduaction: Bachelor of Administration, International Trade, Business, or Career to Finish.
ENGLISH ADVANCED LEVEL
General Resposabilities:
- Coordination of import traffic and customs clearance activities.
- Coordinate shipment tracking, reporting and document control.
- Management of Bill of Materials Analysis,
- Petition Requirements, Automatic Notices and Import Permits.
- Work directly with Custom Broker and Hyundai Glovis (logistics) to resolve delays.
- Improve processes and maintain compliance with all government agencies.
- Establish a routine for Risk Assessment to ensure that all business compliance activity is carried out in accordance with government regulations and that policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage through the use of VUCEM, Automatic Notices, PROSEC, REGLA 8va,
etc. -Assist with the NAFTA qualification of finished products, comprehensive knowledge of rules of origin and free trade agreements.
- Experience in the classification of various basic products using the Harmonized Tariff (HScode) for Mexican Customs purposes.
