About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Team Leader, you will be responsible to:
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Oversee and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Regularly review the pipeline to identify and address bottlenecks and stalled opportunities.
- Implement strategies to effectively move opportunities through the stages of the pipeline.
- Salesforce Management:




- Configure and maintain Salesforce to ensure the platform is optimized for the sales team’s needs.
- Train the sales team on using Salesforce to ensure accurate data entry and opportunity tracking.
- Generate reports and analytics from Salesforce data to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
- Sales Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the inbound sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to improve the sales team’s skills.
- Conduct regular performance and pipeline review meetings with the team.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute inbound sales strategies to attract and convert prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation campaigns with sales objectives.
- Implement effective inbound sales tactics, such as personalized communication and proper lead follow-up.
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success.
