We are a fast-growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider with over 1,000 B2B customers in Canada and around the world. To support our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Payables Analyst to join our Finance team in Guadalajara.

This role will focus on managing the accounting, taxation, and compliance of our Mexican subsidiary.

- You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance—alignment matters as much as accuracy.

Your Mission: Keep our revenue engine running smoothly by ensuring every invoice, reconciliation, and report is accurate, on time, and compliant.
- You’ll be:
- Managing mass, special, and recurring billing cycles.
- Reconciling income, expenses,



and payments with accounting precision.
- Handling invoice requests, cancellations, and customer portal uploads.
- Recording month-end provisions and reclassifications (QUO).
- Maintaining the sales interface and registering bank expenses.
- Supporting accounting with supplier provisions and both local & international reporting.

Core Responsibilities:
- Billing & Invoicing: Own the billing process across multiple revenue streams.
- Reconciliation & Accuracy: Ensure every peso/dollar is tracked and reconciled.
- Revenue Operations: Optimize systems like CONTPAQi, Comercial, HubSpot, and Google Sheets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Success and Finance to ensure customers and reports are always aligned.
- Continuous Improvement: Spot inefficiencies, propose improvements, and make them happen.
