Job Description: Logistics, Import/Export & Quality Assurance Manager

Experience: 2-5 Years in Logistics, Import/Export Operations, and Quality Assurance

The Mission

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage and optimize our logistics, import/export operations, and quality assurance processes. This role is critical to ensuring smooth cross-border operations, regulatory compliance, and consistent product/service quality.

As part of a growing organization, you will serve as the operational backbone between suppliers, freight partners, customs agents, and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Core Responsibilities

Logistics & Supply Chain Operations
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor delivery timelines, costs, and performance KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.





Import / Export Compliance
- Oversee international import and export processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Liaise with customs brokers and regulatory authorities to ensure timely clearance and issue resolution.

Quality Assurance (QA)
- Implement and maintain quality control standards across logistics and operational processes.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and root-cause analyses to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure suppliers and partners meet defined quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to logistics, QA, and compliance workflows.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports.
- Support leadership with insights on risk
